The location is far away from the city centre, but is at a gorgeous location overlooking Bandung. Staff was helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. Unfortunately we did not get a chance to try the restaurants there, but we'll definitely be back next time we visit Bandung.

Hotelnya bagus, cuma belum semua area di open karena masih soft opening. Overall oke hotelnya, viewnya bagus dan ditambah variasi makanan untuk breakfastnya banyak

A very memorable experience during our stay at Hotel Indigo began with check-in at the receptionist, where we were surprised to be informed that our room had been upgraded to the King Suite City View by the receptionist's staff (sorry, forgot to ask his name, a young man with glasses and polite words), and ended with check-out at the receptionist. During our stay at Hotel Indigo, the service was excellent; there was welcome food and snacks in the room, and the service continued at our breakfast meal, which received a warm greeting and service from the personnel (particularly Mr. Lucky) and the restaurant. The pleasant position is relatively far from the city center, so it is quiet to rest, but if you want to explore Bandung, it is also close to fascinating attractions. With this experience, we want to make another trip to Hotel Indigo Bandung Dago Pakar, where we hope to find more surprises and kind and attentive service for hotel guests. Hopefully, this Indigo Hotel will be more profitable and continue to be a desirable place to stay for vacation, rest, or meetings.

A very beautiful hotel in Dago atas area. The problem here is because the location too far from city, online taxi keep canceling the order.

Hotelnya baru, modern & bagus. Kekurangannya menurut pengalaman aku : 1. shower air panas nya bisa tiba2 dingin lalu panas lagi & dingin lagi, juga kecil aliran airnya. 2. Kolam renang dalamnya 1,5m jd anak2 susah utk berenang, terlalu dalam. Juga ukuran kolam tidak terlalu besar, dengan jumlah pengunjung yg berenang, jadi penuh bgt kolamnya. Tidak nyaman berenangnya. 3. Fasilitas kurang kalau utk sekedar staycation.

Disappointed we are given a room for disable/old age persons, while we are still normal and healthy. I believe there are many other empty rooms given the occupancy is low when I check in. Roof top pool is still closed
